Introduction

Why have a Mission Statement?  Perspective and Direction!

The Org chart establishes the hierarchy of people.    It starts from a single point, the CEO, and then cascades with VPs, Managers and staff.   It’s a simple chart but it’s easy to visualize the structure and chain of command in an organization – in effect, it gives perspective.
